Yes the HE cards which come in 155 and 622 mbps variants. They support
12 (4096 VCCs) bits of VPI/VCI which you can split between the VPI and VCI
parts.

Don't know whether there is a HARP driver for them. I have a driver for my
new netgraph-based ATM stack for the HE155 (for current).
