HP ljII Example Needed for 2.0

 I have been trying to jet my HP LJII clone to work on my bsd 2.0 box 
 with no luck.  The real problem is I do not understand the way bsd 
 printing works.  It would be REALLY helpful if someone could send me
 a working printcap and any filters that are needed.
