Fw: procedures for adding a mirror

I have synced the mirror with ftp.cz.FreeBSD.org . The mirror is synced every 4 hours.
Could you check and tell what are the next steps for becoming a ftp2.bg.freebsd.org .

Hello,
The machine is updated on 24 hours basis from ftp2.de.FreeBSD.org as we do not have access to master-ftp site.
I don't know how recent is updated ftp2.de.FreeBSD.org.

I hope we will have access to a master ftp site if we become a secondary ftp for bulgaria. The cvsup server is updated on 2 hours from cvsup.uk.FreeBSD.org .

  Hello!
There was a request for adding a ftp2.bg. and cvsup1.bg from Ventsislav Velkov <veno@xxxxxxxxxxx>.
The machine in question is http://mirrors.evrocom.net/FreeBSD.

Could you advise us are there any public rules of the FreeBSD Project to add an official secondary servers in the DNS zone?
According to our modest team, all secondaries should carry the same fileset as the primary FTP/CVS/etc server in the zone
and be able to handle requests from around the world.
Our main consideration is that the machine in question is a little bit outdated and doesn't provide a complete mirror.
We would appreciate if you give us some advice on how to proceed.
  Thank you in advance!
  Regards,
