The URL for my place is:
ftp://ftp.whistle.com/pub/archie/java
Right now this just contains the primordial Java makefiles.
I can't provide anything more than an FTP directory, though.
Having a CVS repository might be a good thing too, but in any case
we probably need an FTP site for people that don't have or want to
use CVS.
